Ownership
The OnePlace platform — including its design, code, brand, written copy, and curated editorial — is owned by OnePlace and protected by copyright and trademark law. Listing photography and descriptions are owned by their respective landlords, brokers, or photographers and are displayed on OnePlace with permission.
Content Removal
If you believe content on OnePlace infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice following the procedure below. We review every notice and remove or disable access to material we determine, in good faith, to be infringing.
DMCA Notice Procedure
To submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, please include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material on OnePlace to be removed, with URLs sufficient to locate it.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
