Where required, listings and agents surfaced on OnePlace are associated with a licensed real estate brokerage. Specific brokerage names, license numbers, and supervising brokers are disclosed on relevant listings and on agent profiles.
State Registrations
OnePlace and its partner brokerages maintain the registrations required to advertise and facilitate residential rentals in the State of New York. Additional state registrations will be added here as we expand.
Advertising Compliance
OnePlace adheres to fair housing advertising standards and applicable Department of State rules governing the advertisement of New York real estate. Listings are reviewed for accuracy and compliance before publication.
