From vacancy inquiry to confirmed details
Start with an address and unit, borough, actual rent, bedrooms and expected availability. Unknown utilities or dates can remain unknown until reconfirmed. Include a real listing or video link if one exists; no new photography or public advertising is implied.
Private inquiries are not advertising permission
Sharing details privately with Scott is separate from approving public marketing. Any public representation, fees and permission to advertise must be agreed separately. OnePlace does not automatically publish submitted units.
Application coordination, not automatic qualification
Scott can help applicants organize required items and coordinate factual follow-ups with managers and housing specialists. There is no algorithmic tenant scoring or guaranteed approval. Housing providers must follow applicable fair housing and source-of-income laws.
