These Terms govern your access to and use of OnePlace™ — the rental discovery and concierge platform operated by OnePlace.

1. Platform Usage
OnePlace provides a curated platform for discovering New York City rental listings, connecting with rental advisors, and requesting tours. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use OnePlace.
2. Listing Accuracy
OnePlace aggregates listings from landlords, property managers, and licensed brokers. While we work to keep information current, we do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or pricing of any listing. Always confirm details directly with the listing party before signing a lease or making a payment.
3. User Responsibilities
- Provide truthful information when contacting agents or submitting inquiries.
- Use the platform only for lawful, personal rental search purposes.
- Do not scrape, resell, or republish listings without written permission.
- Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliation.
4. Landlord & Partner Responsibilities
Landlords and partners who submit inventory to OnePlace are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for complying with all applicable fair housing, advertising, and licensing laws.
5. Intellectual Property
ONEPLACE™, OnePlace Concierge™, Talk to OnePlace™, and the OnePlace logo are trademarks of OnePlace. The platform — including its design, code, copy, and curation — is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
OnePlace is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnePlace and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost opportunities, listing inaccuracies, or third-party conduct.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of OnePlace after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
